At a beautiful corner in the Amsterdam-Zuid area, you will find Restaurant Visque. At Visque, we are all about fish. Following our search for the freshest produce, our menu changes constantly. Chef Menno has a soft spot for the simple french cuisine and on our menu, you will find classics such as Scallops, Sole Meunière and Dutch shrimps, and our famous Tuna Wellington.
Hidden below the restaurant, you will find a beautiful oyster and cocktail bar. For a tasting of seasonal oysters and a glass of our numerous open wines, bar bites or full dinner at the bar – for our menu, we do not distinguish between the restaurant and oyster bar.
